Reschedule Airasia Flights For Free [ KL, SELANGOR, PUTRAJAYA ONLY ]

Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya citizens affected by CMCO can apply for unlimited free date changes for all flights!

People in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya affected by CMCO pay attention! If you have an AirAsia flight during the CMCO period (October 14-27, 2020), but you don’t want to fly during this period, you can voluntarily cancel the flight and choose to change the flight date indefinitely for free until December 31, 2020!

Application steps

Affected passengers can apply through AirAsia’s artificial intelligence customer service AVA ( official website or WhatsApp ):

1. Select "COVID Flight Changes"

2. Select "Domestic Travel Requirements Malaysia" 

3. Select "I want to change my flight date"

4. After entering the relevant information, you will be connected to "Live Chat"


*Take Note*

-If the affected people still choose to fly during this period, they must obtain valid approval from Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) before departure. 

-Regarding CMCO's announcement, AirAsia only provides the option of "unlimited free replacement date", and you cannot apply for a Credit Account!

-If your flight is cancelled by AirAsia! cancel! cancel! You will receive a separate email or SMS detailing its cancellation options. At this time, you can choose one of the two, "Unlimited Free Replacement Date" or "Credit Account"
